Hi! I’m Cindy Luquin, a fertility coach, fertility awareness method educator, and speaker.

Welcome! I’m so glad you’ve found your way to my website. As a Latina, wife, scholar and fertility coach, I’ve been able to see fertility realities from many different angles. I know how confusing and overwhelming it can be to sift through what’s true or false information when it comes to fertility and womb health. Trust me even for me and I’m trained in this.

I’ve spent the last 4 years dedicated to learning the ins and outs of fertility and womb health. Understanding that natural alternatives are not just a woo-woo thing but they can often be a better option than jumping straight into conventional fertility treatments. Also, understanding how to optimize fertility treatments and when they might be the best option. Always on the pursuit to finding which natural alternative practices, mind-body-spirit approaches, and lifestyle changes really help you build a healthier relationship with your womb and fertility to last a lifetime.

My mission is pretty straightforward: to give you evidence-based information and tools you can access to reconnect with your womb and fertility so you can have true autonomy and informed reproductive choices - either for conceiving or overall health and wellness. I truly believe that our wombs are the core for achieving healthier lives in mind-body-spirit.

L.A. born and raised

Growing up in L.A. I had the privilege of learning about different cultures, languages and people. I moved around many times throughout So Cal and attended many different schools. As you can imagine it can feel like the end of the world as a child but I’ve realized it has taught me to ease into life changes much smoother as an adult. By the time I was 23 years old, I went to college and lived away from my family for the first time. This transition taught me so much about how resilient I truly am. It was not easy by any means. Working sometimes 3 part-time jobs just to make ends meet and pay my rent while getting a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature and Healthcare Interpretation Training. Which led me to become who I am today.
