What is Fertility Awareness?
The fertility awareness method has been used for decades to chart one's cycle. There are three main fertility signs that are tracked throughout your cycle.
- Basal Body Temperature (BBT)
- Cervical Fluid or Cervical Mucus (CM)
- Cervical Position
By using these three fertility signs our body is giving us the tools to and insight to restore our reproductive wellness.
What is Reproductive Justice?
Reproductive Justice (RJ) was a term coined by Loretta Ross in the early 1990s. Ross, a woman of color, co-founder and National Coordinator of the SisterSong Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective from 2005-2012. It has three primary values: (1) the right not to have a child; (2) the right to have a child; and (3) the right to parent children in safe and healthy environments. In addition, reproductive justice demands sexual autonomy and gender freedom for every human being. The problem is not defining reproductive justice but achieving it. - Source
